  • Stress management
  • Increased circulation
  • Relieving emotional blockages
  • General well being
  • Suggested for clients new to massage therapy

Deep Tissue / Trigger Point

These techniques are used on specific muscle groups that are chronically tense. Pressure is always adjusted to the client’s comfort level. Effective in improving nagging, painful areas of the physical body.

Integrated

A combination of the Therapist’s personal massage techniques, style, and knowledge. Therapist will customize your treatment based upon their personal experience in combination with modalities you may be interested in. Suggested for those unsure what modality is best for them.

Prenatal

Adjustable pregnancy pads are used to safely accommodate mother in laying on her belly and finding comfort with her growing baby. Expectant mothers will receive muscle relaxation and tension relief that her body greatly needs. Stress is reduced as the therapy is customized to the woman’s needs and desires.

Hot Stone

Volcanic Basalt stones are water heated and safely placed on the body as tools to help warm and release tight muscles. Stones are incorporated into a Swedish style massage allowing for deeper muscular relaxation and release.

Thai infused

A combination of eastern and western techniques with a focus on upper body therapeutic massage and lower body deep passive stretching. The goal of this therapy is to release tension of contracted and shortened muscles allowing one to feel more open and allow more fluid range of motion. Session is completed on the massage table. Please bring a pair of non-binding pants with you to this session.

Couples

For those wanting to share and experience the benefit of massage with another in the same room. Each session is customized to the individual’s therapeutic needs.

AROMATHERAPY

Swedish Massage techniques are utilized in this therapy along with the use of massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale the essential oil molecules or they are absorbed through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to influence the nervous system. While booking, please communicate any essential oil aversions you may have.

Craniosacral

Gentle touch is used in this subtle therapy to manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium to release tensions deep in the body. Suggested for pain relief and dysfunction of the health and performance of the whole body.

Raindrop technique

Young Living’s proprietary Raindrop Technique combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and physically relaxing experience. Provides a revolutionary means of nurturing harmony – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

rolfing

This manual body therapy reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeates the entire body. Allows for the body to release, realign, and balance the whole system, potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations and alleviating pain. The aim is to restore flexibility, revitalize energy in your body and leave you feeling more comfortable as you go through your days.

Cupping

Cupping can be added to any massage service with a qualified practitioner. Cupping deeply yet softly worked the muscle tissue to loosen connective tissue restrictions, stimulate blood and lymph flow and can break up stagnant toxins. It’s been known to sedate the central nervous system as a relaxing therapy and may offer quick tension relief.

CBD Oil

Enjoy the diverse benefits of CBD infused massage oil during your session including possible relief from muscle pain, soreness and spasms, joint pain, nerve pain and inflammation. Blue Ridge Hemp Co. delivers a dynamic blend infused with Sunflower Seed Oil, Sesame Oil, Jojoba, Cannabis sativa L. Extract and a variety of essential oils. If you have an aversion to any essential oils, please let your Therapist know before your session. CBD infused massage oil is not intended to treat or cure any illness or disease.

Immunity Restoration

Enhance your massage service with our Immune Restoration protocol carefully designed to encourage and equip your body to prevent seasonal illness and remember your most natural state of health. Our Immune Restoration protocol begins with a eucalyptus steam followed by gentle lymph drainage and therapeutic grade essential oil support. Your session will begin and end with immune boosting tea and you’ll receive a care kit for continuing your immune support outside of the therapy session. This session is ideal for anyone seeking to have a more balanced physical/emotional connection and those prone to seasonal illness or burn out.
