Dry Brush with Handle

$20.00

Wooden dry brush with a long handle

Dry body brushing is a great way to keep your skin exfoliated and prevent the build up of dead skin cells. It is a natural way to drain the lymphatic system, aiding the body to detoxify and increase blood circulation. Dry body brushing is also a natural way to help prevent and reduce the appearance of cellulite. It can help increase energy by stimulating the nervous system.

How to use: Before showering, gently massage the brush on the body in a circular motion. Start from the feet up, moving towards the heart centre. If you are new to dry body brushing, start with a light and soft stroke. Use a natural lotion to hydrate the skin after showering.
