How do I register for a class?

Login or Register with MIND BODY. You may also get the Healing Elements app for your phone. In your app or play store simply search “Healing Elements” and look for our logo and download! Under the “classes” tab, find a list of upcoming classes. You can click on the class or therapist name to see a description. When you’ve found the perfect class “Sign up Now” and make a single or recurring reservation. You will then be prompted to choose your pricing option, pay for your class and you’re set to go! Keep in mind that we offer one week of unlimited classes for $25 to new students. This pricing option is not available online and will need to be redeemed in person.

What is the registration window?

Pre-registration is not required for hourly classes.

Is there a class package option?

Yes, you can purchase a package of 10 classes for $170 which expires 2 years from the purchase date. The 10 class package is valid all toward in-studio hourly classes.

When does my class package expire?

All class packages expire two calendar years from purchase date.

May I share my class package?

We ask that you do not share your package. We so offer a significant discount on family memberships!

What do I bring?

If you have a yoga mat please bring that along to class and any other props you like. Healing Elements does have extra mats and plenty of props, cushions, blankets, etc. that you may need for a particular class. We ask that you clean your borrowed mat after using it with our mat cleaner spray and a hand towel. Thank you!

What if I have never done yoga before?

Great! You are taking a wonderful step toward improved health and well-being. We suggest starting with Yin, Restorative, Gentle Flow, or Strength and Stretch as a good way to learn the poses, understand the language, get comfortable with breathing techniques, get familiar with your range of motion and experience being in your body. Our certified teachers offer modifications for injuries or disabilities and can meet you where you are at no matter which class you choose.


What is the massage appointment cancellation policy?

We require that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. In the result of a late cancellation (within 24 hours of appointment) or failing to show for a scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the intended price for the booked session to honor our therapists valuable time.

What do i wear during massage?

What you wear during your massage therapy session is your choice. Our licensed and talented therapists will honor your body and your space in a respectful manner.


What comes with the monthly recurring membership?

By signing up for a monthly recurring membership, you will have unlimited access to all hourly classes. You will also receive 20% off retail products, massage therapy and our coffee/tea shop and be enrolled in our convenient auto pay system. Plus, you get to join an incredible community of people where relationships and lasting memories are created every moment! Join us!

Healing Elements Studio

Effective Monday, September 13, Healing Elements will now require proof of vaccination or proof of positive antibodies to participate in studio classes and services. Guests are required to wear a mask until they are in the treatment or stationed at their yoga mat. We understand there are limitations for some individuals in getting vaccinated. If this is you, we encourage you to participate in online classes or send us an email so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Studio Procedures:

  • All Employees are required to be vaccinated against or show positive antibodies of COVID-19 virus
  • Employees are asked to stay home if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 including cough, fever, shortness of breath or if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • We have installed HEPA filter air purifiers
  • We have installed a germ guard between front desk and clients
  • We have downsized our community lounge area to encourage 6. ft of space between people
  • Hand sanitizer is widely available
  • All surfaces will be routinely washed and cleaned with sanitizing antiviral disinfectants every hour and between clients

Client Protocols:

  • Our studio requires proof of vaccination (or a positive antibodies test) for guests to practice in-studio or receive services. You can provide proof of vaccination by filling out and submitting this form.
  • Complete pre-appointment screening/waiver prior to entering the studio
  • Face coverings are required in all common spaces throughout the business
